Two Textile Braid Thermoplastic Hose
Danfoss Synflex Optimum two textile braided thermoplastic hydraulic hoses provide all the advantages of the single braid hose with high pressure performance capability due to its second reinforcement braid. Two braided thermoplastic hoses have a nylon inner tube, two textile braided reinforcement layer, and a perforated non-stick polyurethane outer cover.
Due to their nylon construction and the outer cover, these hoses have elite chemical, abrasion, and environmental resistance, and are frequently used on mobile equipment, in chemical transfer applications, and in general hydraulic operations that require a higher operating pressure range (two braided thermoplastic hoses have an operating pressure of 2050 psi to 5100 psi).
With a working temperature range of -40°F to 212°F for oil-based hydraulic fluid and -40°F to 150°F for water-based fluid, two braided Synflex Optimum thermoplastic hose will perform in a wide variety of heavy-duty applications without missing a beat.
