Industrial Hoses

Material Handling

Material handling hoses, such as sandblasting hose and bulk transfer hose, are extremely durable hoses with long service lives that are used in heavy-duty industrial applications such as above ground and underground mining, dredging, ironworking, construction, demolition, and any task that involves the transportation of highly abrasive materials. These abrasive materials can range from massive rocks to shards of red-hot iron and even highly explosive components.

Material handling hoses are widely relied upon across some of the most intense industries and harshest environments all over the world where a hose failure is simply not an option. At Omni Services, we understand that underperforming hoses and premature failure is unacceptable, and that is why we partner with global industrial hose giant Continental to provide our customers with the very best material handling hoses available today.

From sandblasting hoses to concrete pump hoses, bulk fuel transfer hose and everything in between, we have the material handling hoses you need to keep your business running at full strength. We have over 40 years of fluid conveyance experience and can help you sort through the many hoses on the market to find the best material handling hose for your application.

So whether you operate on the ocean floor or inside a foundry furnace, you can rest assured that you have what you need to get the job done safely and efficiently. Check out our full array of material handling hoses below!

Sand Blast Hose

As their name suggests, sand blast hoses are heavy-duty hoses used in sand blasting and steel shot applications to clean or finish metal, stone, glass and other surfaces.

Sand blasting hoses have durable constructions made of synthetic rubber with high abrasion resistance so they can operate at high pressures while maintaining their long lifespans.

Continental sand blasting hoses are designed to be static dissipating and can operate at temperatures between -25° and 180° (F), making the safe and efficient choice for most working environments.

Bulk Transfer Hose

Continental bulk transfer hoses, also known as dry material handling hoses, are perfect for conveying dry abrasive materials like dried cement, sand, limestone and other harsh substances.

Most notably, these hoses are built with synthetic rubber that is static dissipating and static conducting, so they excel in both tank to truck and internal plant uses.

If you need a dry material hose, look no further – Continental has the hose you need to get the job done.

Cement and Concrete Hose

Cement and concrete material handling hoses are specialized high-pressure hoses built to pump concrete into damns, tunnels, and many other structures and construction projects.

Continental cement hoses have high burst ratios and strong synthetic rubber constructions with spiral-plied high strength fabric reinforcement that enable them to operate in heavy-duty applications and taxing environments.
