ONE WIRE BRAIDED

Danfoss one wire braided hydraulic hoses are versatile, high-performance hoses that are often at the foundation of low to medium pressure hydraulic systems. These hoses excel when used to transport petroleum and water-based fluids and have an operating pressure range of 600 PSI to 3200 PSI (depending on hose size). TWO WIRE BRAIDED

Danfoss two wire braided hydraulic hoses offer all the same benefits of a one wire braided hose but with an extra layer of steel reinforcement, allowing for a higher working pressure range of 1600 PSI to 6500 PSI. Like the one wire, two wire braided hoses are ideal for hydraulic fluid delivery in construction and agricultural equipment.

Due to the benefits of Danfoss’ ‘Triple Crown’, these hoses have better abrasion resistance and, on average, 14% higher pressure resistance and 26% higher temperature resistance than similar hoses from top competitors. With a DURA-TUFF™ synthetic rubber cover, synthetic rubber tube and two steel braided reinforcement layer, these hoses are tough, reliable and suited to a variety of temperature environments as they have an operating temperature range of -50°F to +250°F.
