Needle Valves

Needle Valves

Instrument needle valves control flow with a handle connected to a tapered stem, which gradually opens and closes a controlled size orifice. Needle valves are used for flow-metering applications, when a constant, calibrated, low flow rate must be maintained. Omni Services offers needle valves for instrumentation, controls, testing, laboratory, and other applications.

100 & 600 Series Needle Valves

Integral bonnet needle valves are used for instrument and general fluid metering applications. Available with threaded (domestic and international), and tube ended connections. Sizes 1/8”-1”, SS, brass, and other alloys available. Up to 6000 PSI max.
