Hi Pressure Fittings

20k Tube Fittings (medium pressure)

20k tube fittings, also known as medium-pressure tube fittings, are specialized components designed to create reliable and leak-free connections in systems operating at medium pressures, typically up to 20,000 pounds per square inch.

These fittings are commonly used in various industrial applications where a secure connection is essential, but the pressure requirements do not necessitate high-pressure fittings. This makes them suitable for many hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid systems where high pressures are encountered but not extreme.

These fittings are typically made from robust and corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, brass, or specialty alloys. The material choice depends on factors like the type of fluid or gas being transported and the environmental conditions.

20k tube fittings typically use a combination of metal-to-metal seals, elastomeric seals (O-rings), or a combination of both to ensure a reliable and leak-free connection.

20k Coned & Threaded Fittings (medium Pressure)

20k Coned and Threaded fittings, also known as medium-pressure coned and threaded fittings, are specialized components designed for use in medium-pressure fluid and gas systems, typically with pressure ratings up to 20,000 pounds per square inch.

Coned and threaded fittings have a unique design that includes a coned male end and a threaded female end. The male end features a conical surface, while the female end has internal threads. When assembled, the coned surface forms a seal against the threads, creating a high-pressure, metal-to-metal seal.

There are also dual ferrule fitting options that are designed to bow into the tube to grip or indent the tube surface creating a tight seal. 20k Coned and Threaded fittings include various types to accommodate different connection requirements like adaptors, caps and plugs, connectors, elbows, tees, and couplings.

60k Coned & Threaded Fittings (high pressure)

60k Coned and Threaded fittings are specialized components designed for use in high-pressure fluid and gas systems, with pressure ratings typically reaching up to 60,000 pounds per square inch or even higher, leading to these types of fittings being labeled as ultra-high pressure depending on the industry.

These fittings are engineered to provide a secure, reliable, and leak-free connection in extremely demanding applications where extreme pressure levels are encountered. 60k Coned and Threaded fittings are typically constructed from high-strength, corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, super alloys, or other specialized materials.

The choice of material depends on the specific requirements of the application, including the type of fluid or gas being transported and environmental conditions.   Omni Services has the capabilities to provide coning and threading services on medium and high-pressure tubing should you have a system that requires it.

Medium and High Pressure Adapters

Medium and high-pressure adapters are unique in that they allow the user to adapt from any standard connection (NPT, SAE, JIX (AN)), back to a medium or high-pressure connection type. used in fluid and gas systems to connect different types of threads, sizes, or components while maintaining the integrity and pressure rating of the system.

These adapters are designed to handle varying levels of pressure, making them essential in industries where precise and secure connections are crucial. Medium-pressure adapters are designed for use in systems that operate at moderate pressures, typically ranging from a few hundred psi to several thousand psi while high-pressure adapters are engineered to withstand extremely high pressures, often exceeding 10,000 psi or even higher. These adapters are commonly made from materials such as stainless steel, brass, or other corrosion-resistant alloys to ensure durability and compatibility with the fluids or gasses being transported.
